OK get ready to hate me men...but when I meet women on here they say my approach is different and when I ask why they show me some messages and quite frankly its comical...
Do some men REALLY think "oi slut can I cum on your face" is a good opener..Jesus...think about it because it does spoil it for genuine guys...

I have no idea about the logic that leads a person to think that some men acting vile spoil it for the good ones in fact the absolute contrary is true xx

There are women on this site that will respond positively to that kind of message.
If your 'different' approach works for you (as I'm sure it does for many, many other single males) then keep using it.
The phrase 'genuine guys' means nothing - all guys are genuine guys assuming they have the right equipment - stating you are 'genuine' is as pointless as posting 'no timewasters' on your profile.
And nobody 'spoils' anything for you but yourself - only your own actions reflect on you - not anyone else on site.

We are not especially bothered about how nice messages are , but we never get any straight to the point ones .

In many years on such sites (with a solo profile too) I have never personally received more than a couple of messages of the type you mention OP.
Almost disappointing as my profile practically asks for it!
Therefore my experience is that you're not a stand-out male in a select group of decent guys, happily you are for me at least in the majority of reasonable guys looking for kicks. Few moaners sure, rudeness yes that too, but these are things also applicable to women and couples in abundance.
However I would also say I don't court annoyance by dawdling with ending unfruitful communications, if I'm not interested I say no thanks and immediately block, thereby ending the merry-go round, no giving false hope or mixed-messages.
I hate to make generalisations based on gender but men seem to do better with a clear message.

Firstly I don't agree with looking at others' messages, it shows a lack of discretion.
But this is just a ' oh all the other blokea are evil, rude, filthy no good charmers and I'm sure a well mannered respectful guy, don't bother with those charlatons ladies, choose me'.

Yes you are right, but your OP implied that these guys should be making more of an effort.....I would question why? I'm quite happy to delete and block when I get the type of message you describe. Much easier than someone pretending to want to get to know you when all they really want is to cum on your face. I say don't give them advice let them continue to correspond the way they want to. Makes them much easier to spot and block. |

There aren't millions of oafs queueing up to make you look good. Just a few idiots who will continue to be idiots.
Your OP reads as though you offer something really special that others don't. That's just not the case, there are loads of great guys on here and many shine bright for me because they have a lot to offer, including humility. |

At the end of the day does it really matter, They do things their was as you do things yours, Gossiping over the garden fence about what type of "Oaf" someone is is not a good look in my humble opinion

Oh and I've been on the secne for approaching 7 years as both half of a couple and as a single guy. So I know how it is from both sides. And I had no problems getting meets.
Bit that doesn;t answer how you feel that it "spoils it for genuine guys", if anything the idiots make it easier. I don't recall not getting a meet becauise someone else had sent the person i was messagung a shit/crude message... The only person that influenced my suucess on here was me |

They were bemused at some of the ridiculous inane messages they were sent...asked if I thought it was normal from a mans point of _iew..
Some women are easily shocked on here..I just think asking a girl to be driven to a 'gang bang' where the guys may take their condoms off because 'you know how guys get' is a little inappropriate.. Even for a sex based site...I know its childish shock tactics..and my rants won't change a thing..but I just wanted to air them...

I think crude blunt messages expose a serious lack of education, maturity and social skills..they truly are unaware that the comments might be a turn off.

see... i like the system at the moment as it is, because it can be quite revealing....
for example.... if you are an arse at the beginning, people will recognise that...
if you pretend to be a nice guy, and later it unravels ,for example, in a thread that you are in fact an arse, people will see that!!!
people will find various ways to shoot themselves in foot, or put said foot in mouth, or hang themselves with long ropes, or dig deep holes for themselves, and that is all fine... because I am sure it is part, and will always be part of various peoples filtering processes...
no need for you to go all "shining knight"... I would hope that people would use something radical like basic common sense....
no real need to run over all them other single men in that big old bus of yours to make yourself look good..... you concentrate on being the best "You" you can be... and the rest will take care of itself....

Copy n paste easy to spot especially if people have a couples acc as well as singles acc, and same message is sent to both accs lol.
I know one guy, every Friday without fail, sends same copy n paste message out, gets him no where, he's had acc over a year and still not verified |

I find it odd too. I don't get vile messages but if I get any pestering ones I delete and block. I certainly don't show my messages or even my profile to anyone else! |
