web cam verifications

Just popped onto the cams, dont go in there much, but looking at some of the people on there and their verifications one woman has like 40verifications from cams only and nothing else. Its got me asking the question, do you think like phone verification should cam verification be banned too as it is too easy for people to verify via cams, I and probably many others think that verifiction for people should be for meets only be it social or play meets, anyone agree or disagree? x

People use the site for different reasons, some use it for cam fun only, some use it for forums and others use it to meet people.
The woman obviously likes to play on cam, she obviously real so can't see what OP problem is with people having only cam veris x |

Let those that just want to cam, cam.
I do think meet in person veri's should have a different coloured tick or something, as we hold no weight to cam veri's.
It's not that hard to ask to see veri's but it would just be easier if you could see at a glance if they've met in person, as you can search and filter met in person.... makes sense to clarify that on a profile. |

Yes webcam is no different to using a phone, you still haven't met the person.
I think its because it fetches in the paid members that they allow verifications through this method & not by phone.
Its a swinging site after all not a webcam site so you might expect a few verifications, when there is a long list you know the person is not a swinger in a real sense. |

Verifications whether they're from meeting or from camming are meant to show that a person is who they say they are and a good representation of their profile,that they're a real person,nothing more than that unless they've changed and now you're only genuine if you meet and fuck someone
If people want to just use the cam rooms for their fun on this site then I don't see anything wrong with that,and I don't see why their verifications are less valid either |

I think if the people in question have contravened site rules you should report them but if they are only using the site in a way that you disagree with you should move on to people who use the site in the same way you do.

Don't think they are time wasters just not swingers, there are sites girls/guys can use to do webcam like the phone chat ones.
We don't agree on film clips either because again its a swinging site, verifications by cam are no different to phone only one pulls in the customers more so is allowed to build a more solid place in the site.
Its a good business point from the site as we know with ours."
it doesnt matter how people DONT meet..it matters if they promise they WILL meet
and thats what the report button is for
effectively removing peoples validation for how they choose to play(whether in cyber or in person) isnt fair..nor lucritive
it might be a swinging site, but its evolved beyond couples and car keys in a bowl and those that cant see that are often the ones limiting their choice of people to play with
my advice is always to get out there and meet in person...some nights I might just fancy a wank...if I get verified on cam..thats cool  |

Its not a question on contravening rules, if a person as a few veri's from cam fine but a long list is worrying when it comes to that person being genuine or not.
Why do webcam veri's & not phone ?
We ourselves don't use cam on here as we think of it swinging site & prefer to meet people in the flesh. |

i can see the sense in a cam veri, surely it proves that the beauty you're speaking to is who she/he is claiming to be, not some anarak catfishing people for a wank material?
i think the different colour ticks or title is a good suggestion though it would show that you are you and you turn up  |

I agree....it's something that Fab could easily rectify with either a different symbol or icon to differentiate between people who have met in person as to those who have been verified by phone/webcam/séance.  |

Ok, I think cam verifications are fine, however I believe you shouldn't be able to hide cam verifications.
I believe only verifications from meets should be hidden, as rightly said, some don't like to show the world who they have played with, but by being able to hide a cam verification, could give the impression that they are real.
After all, we all know many " fake " profile gets verified by other " fake " profiles by cam. In effect a cam verification is pointless as a meeting tool.
So if they made all verifications except those by meets must be either displayed or shown on the verification summery, it might and I say MIGHT out some fake profiles. |

If we're going down the road of not accepting cam veris as some think they're less genuine,lets not take any notice of social meets either and only the true genuine "swingers" will be the ones that have verifications for fucking on a meet,all the rest are insignificant and need to be kicked off the site asap!  |

I made no mention of 'fucking' on a meet,merely meeting in person.Using the same coloured tick for all verifications wouldn't be an issue if verifications couldn't be hidden. |

When I first joined a couple of years ago I didn't have a webcam. Recently I've been stood up by a man who had quite a few meet verifications and met with a man whose verifications said he was a lovely man,great kissed and amazing in bed. He wasn't with me |

I don't cam and never have as its not my thing,I go out and meet people,id never assume that people that do are less genuine,they use the site as they like and if they have fun then thats a good thing

What about a new person who doesn't go to socials or clubs? Would you want to meet with no verification at all? I have met a few men who haven't been verified but not everyone will. How would they get their first verification to prove they are who they say they are? |

Pretty much answers the question. I think people are misunderstanding what "verification" means. If you see someone and are convinced beyond any reasonable doubt that they are who they say they are, and are confident enough to verify them as such then what's the problem? Some folk don't wanna meet but enjoy cam fun. |

Yes webcam is no different to using a phone, you still haven't met the person.
I think its because it fetches in the paid members that they allow verifications through this method & not by phone.
Its a swinging site after all not a webcam site so you might expect a few verifications, when there is a long list you know the person is not a swinger in a real sense. "

I don't cam either, neither of us do and if we saw someone only had webcam verifications we would assume that they only cammed and not contact them. I don't really see the problem ubless its one of definition, some people think the site definition is for meeting face to face only and some don't |

Quite simply , there should be a different way to identify those who have only webcam verifications .
Then there is no hoodwinking .
At the moment you can be verified by cam , and not show it , or the summary , and no one is any the wiser . This is wrong and should be addressed .
Other than that it's all good .

I too agree maybe when verifying a person it should be done by meet in person irrespective of weather they play or have fun or not , ok cam can and does show if they are man or woman or Cpl but doesn't always mean the people on cam are going to meet for real unless it's stated in their profile in which case it's upto you to decide whether they are real or fake.

I don't think it should be banned, as some people may only use this site for camming rather than meeting up as well. At least the different veries are distinguishable on people's profiles, so that we can make up our own minds to accept it or not. I don't cam, so I would value meeting veris more.

I dont.
We have been verified as met in person, so we have our tick.
Now our options are display the veri's and have our girlfriends highlighted or hide them, and have people think we are just cam verified....
We dont cam, we meet people for real.
Either socially or more intimately, we arranged something, got ready, went out, and were what we said we were.
Not just some wank in a bedroom.
There is the difference. Which I personally would love to see the site recognise properly.
We wont meet without seeing recent met in person veri's. & we show ours, to those we want to |

this verification are not meant to confirm people will meet in person.
I can understand the site not allowing phone verification as there is no way to tell if the voice on the phone is actually the person or couple in the profile. |
