So iv been doing the weightwatchers diet and have lost about 17 or 18 pounds in around 2 months,
today as i knew i was going out for a curry tonight i made sure i didnt eat much and only had around 500 calories and what i ate was healthy, i then went too the gym and burnt off 700 calories,
While i was out i tried too not eat much as i normally would as it was a curry and i knew it wasnt healthy
I am expecting too put on abit of weight but my question is how much might i put on? And will the 700 calories i burnt at the gym mean i wont put as much on? |

Sounds like your getting far too hung up about loosing weight, which can become dangerous both mentaly and physically .
Loosing weight isn't rocket science.
Burn more calories than you take in + healthy diet = weight loss
That doesn't mean you can't enjoy a curry every now and then without stressing and feeling guilty.

Well firstly congratulations on the weight loss!
Wouldn't worry too much about one curry. Yes if you go to the gym, the exercise will increase your basal metabolic rate so you will be burning off calories easier even after you have finished your workout.
Good luck! |
