It would seem lots of us suffer from this.

Whilst I try and utilise the extra hours, it make getting up in the morning murderous.

Are there many of us insomniacs here, and is it mixed blessing, or a cruel mistress?

Totally agree Daveyx there is a lot of people suffering from it

Having a stressful job doesn't help either go on you tube there are sleep whispers to help you sleep ??

One of reasons I am a guy who to keeps a relationship / has a partner - good no-nonsense exchange of bodily fluids and I'm soon back to sleep. Crude but nothing I've ever hidden, including the "sizing up" stage before trying a relationship.

"I keep a female in the house so I can pump a load into her every night when I need to go back to sleep"
