I am normally a 34e and generally try on the following sizes. 34e, and 36dd. They are the same size cups but bigger band. I do try other sizes too but I won't confuse the issue.

Wearing a newer bra If you stand sideways on in a mirror look at the band that goes around, it should be level at front and back. If it's higher at the back you're wearing a bra that's too loose on the back so look to lower the number. If the cup is ok then you need to raise the letter. Hence if 36D try 34DD. If 38b try 36c etc. Another indicator of a band that's too big is if the straps are taking the strain. You should comfortably get two fingers under the straps (fingers sideways on not flat against the body)

Another indicator of a band that's too big is if the straps are taking the strain. You should comfortably get two fingers under the straps (fingers sideways on not flat against the body)

Signs a cup is too small. The front of the cups are lifting away from the body when you raise your arms, useful if someone else looks but you can feel this and see in a mirror.

Also when you stand face on to a mirror (try just a few feet away) you should not be able to see the sides of the underwires on the outside, they should be flat against your body. Haha don't get too excited, not as accurate as the measure as they're just pics I'm viewingviewing but you look about a 10 so unless you have a back that is broad for your size/height I'd think 36 is quite big.

And always remember every bra is different (even in one shop) so boring tho it is do try getting to know what range of sizes you can try. Start with the one you think you are and go from there.

Great advise thedevilinus, so many ladies wear the wrong size and I'm nodding and disagreeing with some sizes too. I've argued with many a fitter in m and s and Debenhams in my time. Every lady should be fitted properly, it makes such a difference x

That's another great tip!

You have to consider changing styles. Loads of larger breasted ladies would say they'd never wear a padded bra, only to be delighted with lightly- padded tshirt bra made for DD+

because they shape so well.

You might also want to try some 34d, you look quite slim around your back too.

If you measure under your bust (tape straight and firm but not pulled tight) and it's 30 inches or 31 inches you should try it. But again just like 10/12/14 all shops vary!

Over the years, I've pleasured all sizes from a C to a double K cup.

All boobs are wonderful, but it's not just about the size - so the less-endowed ladies can stop apologising at once!

Also, worth mentioning that several partners have been wearing the wrong size bras, and have been one or even two cup sizes bigger than they'd thought previously .....

or perhaps it was just since meeting me, and the results of my loving attention
