If someone e-mails you, you simply send a reply, I don't know of any system which can stop you doing this.
Having said that, there are systems usually used by companies and organisations, whereby you can reply till your blue in the face, you won't get a reply in turn, but the original mail would say that.
The only other thing which can happen is that your mail could go into the person's spam box, a reason why you should regularly check it just in case a legitimate mail has gone in there by mistake.

If you are talking about mail on MSN then ask him to check his blocked list for your email address, it can be added into it by mistake and although he can still mail you, you won't be able to mail him back.  |

I cant I only get emails of him on here Iget them once or twice a week I try to respond and get blocked with the sign saying user no longer on this site. |

What he could be doing then is sending you mail and then blocking you so you can't respond,unblocking you again to send you more mail

Only Companies and Organisations?
This site has exactly the same feature - it's on the little blue menu bar to the left and it's called 'Send Message' hahaha  |
