I dropped it and the screen has cracked at the too the other day gettin out of the car, and since then it hasnt been receiving or sending some text messages....
Might it be because i dropped it or is it some other reason?  |

its probably due to the ariel being damaged.
If you find signal strength is low, and your calls cut out unexpectedly then that means its a gonner probably.
It may be possible to have it repaired , but think it will still cost almost as much as a new phone. |

It maybe because the touch screen sensors is stopping messages being sent it could have stalled the function.
You can get a new screen for about £15 and there's tutorials on how to change it on the web.

press on/off button aand home button at same time and hold until u see the apple logo this reboots ur system "DONT WORRY" you do NOT lose anything off the phone but it may well fix but in ans to ur question yes but it can be fixed for around 90 yoyo's in 1 of them phone fixy shops |

Depends if this is a soft reboot or a factory reset.
If its the latter than you can lose your data, pics etc so be careful and make sure your cotacts are saved to the sim.
