How many people have done this do you just invest in a camera stand for your iPhone it films HD or do most people buy another camera .

Just use standard Sony camera, no tripod needed. Not after any Oscars for filming

I also use Sony cameras like the couple above, I shot in 1080p and downsize from the master edit for DVD or keep at that stanard for BluRay.
