It is not a stereotype, it's a preference. If someone said all black guys had big cocks then yes that would be a stereotype.
Someone who expresses a preference for BBC needs both elements to be fulfilled. the guy has to be black and he has to be hung. Whatever that means is open to each couples definition of big.
