Hi,I recently had some surgery on my urethra 3 weeks ago , major operation and was left with a scar between my bollocks and asshole.
Although the scar is healing nice and shouldnt be noticable,it has left me another problem. I Was able to have sex this week since my op and when I was about to cum it just dribbled out rather than shot out.
I have since tried 3 more times and same thing. Have looked this up and although is commen after this surgery and should go back to normal after a while, in some cases it dosnt.
So would this put you off as looks wierd when im cumming????? |

My wife said it was nice as didn't hit the back of her throat, but was worried she was just saying it to be nice. But felt silly when tried to cum on her tits and didnt happen!!!!!  |

This is not medical advice, but the surgery may have involved going through a muscle layer.
Have a search for PC muscle exercises for men and see how they help. Because no matter what anybody says, if you know something is different or wrong it will niggle.

My fella had an accident a few years ago and damaged his urethra. He had the same problem and couldn't shoot his load like before but was back to normal after about a year.
He was advised to have a pee after he had cum to avoid any infections.
