A gang of us were in the pub the other night and the conversation turned to love balls and pelvic floor exercises (we were all pissed!).
One of the ladies said that she was thinking about buying a kegal 8 machine. I've "researched" these and they look to me like an e-stym device.
Has anyone else used one and are they worth the £100 plus price tag ?? |

They are great. And tone muscles it's very hard to do yourself. I got one on recommendation from my gynae after having a bad tear...
I Still do a set every time ny phone goes, or when sat at traffic lights. But use the machine at night too... I am also paranoid due to an ex that would tell me I was too loose.... Even though I later worked out he sais it to put me down.
They are only worth it if you have had some issue and need extra than doing it yourself |
