Have you ever done stretches on your foreskin to make it retract more over time? If so what was the timing like? For example:
How long did you do each stretch for?
How many stretches did you do in the space of an hour?
How many times a day did you do it?
And how long of a gap did you leave between each stretch and did you do it daily?
Also how long did it take for you to notice the difference and how long did it take for it to get where you wanted it to or do you have to keep doing it invade it goes back the way it was?
Serious answers only please |

What you suffer from is phimosis.
If it retracts far enough back to get 'trapped' behind the glans it's called para-phimosis.
Each case is individual. It depends on the severity of your condition and how much pain you can withstand. The more you can stretch it the better.
There is cream you can get to help and 'tools' you can but to assist.
It's more common than you think. |
