It's an industrial procedure that's gaining in popularity amongst cash-strapped dairy farmers. If they use the standard automated apparatus they can milk multiple donors simultaneously. Mostly existing farm-hands, but they are starting to advertise for willing participants from the general public. I believe Marks & Spencer are the first large retailer to have a "Harry Monk" range of cakes and biscuits. The frosting on their carrot cake is 95% man milk, I understand.
