Why not both?

Depends entirely on the situation, although I'm rarely left feeling completely satisfied without penetration regardless of how many times I may cum from foreplay. Think I'll add a slightly different flavour to this by saying depends what I'm doing. I always love foreplay provided the other person isn't repellant to me. If they are, then nothing is happening anyway. But foreplay for me starts with the conversation, not the kissing, stroking etc. Now, if I'm being penetrated bu a guy or girl (dildo, fingers etc) then for me thats the main event, but if I'm doing the penetrating then although I enjoy it, I enjoy pleasuring my partner even more, to the point that my climax takes second place to theirs.
