So if thats the reason its simple no shower no hygiene for many. |

If you are on a dating site then I think the mental process is probably the 21st century equivalent of sailors... I imagine truckers have got a bad name for a "girl in every port" so will be hard to find a date, but surely on a swinging site that should be irrelevant if you tick all of a persons other boxes? |

Why do people think that drivers don't shower? that's what motorway SERVICES are for, not just overpriced coffee and crap food. they have showers for truckers and the immigrants that live in the car park  |

and being a truck driver myself, this is what i have heard in many waiting areas

thing is, i would never ask anyone to meet in my truck.
its my place of work, nothing more.
i would rather meet people in the relative comfort of my home thanks very much |

I'm not keen.
I'm not fussed about meeting in a truck because the ones I have been in have been lived in and are messy. I enjoy doing it outdoors more. Also they aren't always parked up somewhere I want to go 
Beyond that, it's just a job, same as any other. |

Trucker here, had 2 meets in my cab, not as much room as you think but fun anyway, much prefer home comforts etc.
Pity truckers are thought of as smelly bastards, it's just not the case in general |

I personally have a soft spot for a trucker have met a handful before. The guys I have met have been freshly showered n clean before meeting. Services and Truckstops provide facilities for drivers who spend nights away from home and the wagons they drive have a cab with a bed. Its like having a mobile home on wheels Don't dismiss a wagon driver.. Climb those three steps to heaven and enjoy |

We live close to a well used lay by and often get random messages from guys who've used who's near and come up with us...quite apart from the fact that we don't meet single men, if we did, it kind of feels like "any nearby fanny will do" not that we appeal in any way other than proximity, full balls and a night away from the wife... |
