Has anyone ever tried one of these?
We are looking to but one - tempted by the Fun Factory share as we don't like dildos to be too realistic looking...
Concept sounds great - but we have heard mixed reviews..... |

I haven't tried the full strapless version, but have had a lot of experience with conventional strap-ons, from both sides in lesbian relationships. Maybe I can give you one side of the answer...
When you're using a strap-on, you are usually concentrating on giving your partner pleasure, and watching her (or his!) face to follow their reactions. To work well, it's best if it's a fairly selfless act to be the top (active) partner.
So it's probably best (depends upon personal preferences) if the top isn't too highly physically stimulated and can let everything work inside her (or his!) head.
(Yes, I know gay men who wear strap-ons - it isn't just us girls...!!!)
Because a "strapless" works by also being inserted inside the top, it can be pleasurable for her, but also very distracting..... and not in a very useful way...
The idea of a "strapless" may be exciting on paper, but I know couples who've tried them and very quickly dumped them!
Stick to doing one thing at a time, and doing it well!!!

"They are an acquired taste! I like them they look good but if you have poor pelvic floor muscles they might not stay where they should. "
I think we are quite well sorted there, but it was one of the things worrying us.... |

Thanks for the advice - appreciate the detail too!
We have never tried playing with a strap-on, but thought the strapless would be god for the top..
Is it enjoyable going for the top if there is nothing for them? |

Did you use it often? How would you rate it against a normal strap in? |

"Didnt work for me Im afraid. If you gush it shoots out like a canoe going down the white water rapids..."
Consensus seems a harness....
We might get a strapless, and if we have same issues get a harness for it |

We sent ours back and got a harnes version. It isn't secure enough for any energetic movement . We had got the best reviewed one and it was quite expensive but just a waste of time really.
Found a harness version that's very comfortable with two bits to go inside the wearer too! It's great. |

You can't quite equate using a strap-on to conventional sex - it's a bit more about the top getting sensual pleasure from giving pleasure to the bottom, and can be a surprisingly delicate and intimate experience, bringing you very close...
I should have mentioned that being the bottom woman, it can be hugely pleasurable to just lie back and have somebody concentrate on giving you penetrative pleasure - especially another women who understands exactly what you are feeling.... sigh.....
(it isn't true that lesbians don't like penetration or don't like just plain getting fucked!!!- many do!!! We just fall in love with women instead instead of men....)
But it really breaks the mood if you suddenly realise that the top is only concentrating on her pleasure instead!
To work well, the dildo really needs to be fitted to the top so that it seats on the front of her pubic bone (front of the pelvis) so that she can thrust. If it's mounted too far down, or from inside, it's just all "loose and floppy" - a bit like a very weak erection, and just doesn't do the job - not at all, it doesn't...!!!

ps - should have mentioned - if you want to get serious, then you need a serious harness that does the job - I can personally recommend the Genet from Babes-n-Horny.
Expensive but it works and it lasts - cheap ones break too easily if you get energetic....

Really appreciate the info!
We like the idea of one that doesn't look too heavy duty if going for a harness - and double ended does appeal

Yes I guess it looks like a pretty old basic design. The two bits make it good. Stop the harness moving about and everything sits snd stays where it should. The two toys mean the wearer gets a lot of pleasure and feels each thrust. Can have it with just one or no bits for the wearer too. We use it quite a lot, in phases. Maybe 3 or 4 times one week then not at all for a week or two. Depends how we feel |

I agree with this post. It takes all my concentration to use a conventional strap on well. It isnt like a cock, you have no sensation of what is going on inside. You need to keep a close eye on the bottom so you can judge if what you are doing is right and pleasurable. It has to be fitted correctly so it doesnt move about as the above poster has said. Have fun xxx |

Is that a kind way of saying "If you have a fanny like a horses collar forget it!"?

I'd agree with this. even with tight pelvic muscles i had problems with thrusting so we changed to a harness version for this reason |
