If you're seriously pissed off about this, check if the area that's been blocked off forms parts of a right of way or a bridle path or anything else a council ought not to block.
You could probably keep them tied in paperwork long enough to make them think twice about doing it again.
A number of public bodies used BSE as an excuse to block off areas they didn't want doggers. Some have been reopened. |
