no they are great as you just dont wear any panties and they tend not to keep needing adjusting like suspender belts.

If you mean a skirt type garment with suspenders attached, a girdle, then i wear a lot of them, as I do corselettes, which are similar to dresses with suspenders attached.

Good quality underwear garments will hold all your lumps and bumps in, be quite tight to get on but once on and in place will not move and are comfortable. Cheaper flimsy garments may look ok in the packaging but be too flimsy due to the material used to stay in place and they don't look as nice.

This is why I don't buy from cheap underwear retailers on ebay but buy from underwear shops like the Co-op for example, which sell underwear for older ladies. I buy brands like Playtex, good solid foundation wear. I then get my sewing box out and I add appliques and decoration and create my own style

Kiss me deadly do a gorgeous one. There are a couple of websites that sell it. Don;t think I'm allowed to post in the forums though.

Also made by niki do som very sexy ones.

My missus has the kiss me deadly one but we can;t find the made by niki one in her size, yet.

Really timely info, other half not allowed to wear knickers without permission and pull ups keep sliding down and tights not allowed. So good ideas. Like the design your 'pattern' own idea especially.
