I live in glorious sunny Plymouth, and we have a whole barracks full of RMs to choose from, and if that aint enough, Taurnton is just up the M5 with another couple of hundred bootys to choose from. I am doing my best to check each one out but it is going to take several years to finish the job!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! |

I'm ex RAF myself so yes have seen those bodies first hand, incredibly fit as are some Army, Navy, RAF.....however as has already been said, they are fit but boy don't they know it. |

Married and divorced a serviceman, work day in day out on a military unit. And still prefer them. If a man who takes pride in himself, proud of his uniform and worked bloody hard for it is classed as arrogant then I will take an arrogant man any day of the week! |

Ex para myself! Still a stab too (shh, be nice)...
Unlike most of the others I quite like marines though, lot of my mates still serve as them. Too far away before any Walt comments appear!
The Walt post made me laugh...anyone who doesn't know, well have a guess (in reference to the current film with Walt in the title)!

Not sure they do think that, do they? Everyone is different. I see more of that attitude in city centres on a Saturday night to be honest! Military guys always get tarred with the same brush. Everyone is can individual! Personally I have had a lot more grief with non military men! |

Each to their own I guess. Most servicemen I know are some of the nicest guys I've ever met. Don't get me wrong, there's a fair few nut jobs but thankfully they're the minority.
In regards to the other comment about not seeing the appeal I'm guessing they've actually met a few haha! The brave, rugged, hero stereotype goes out the window pretty quick haha! |

From my experience its the ones who are in the military or police fire service ect they feel the need to say hi fancy fun with a fireman or whatever as if that will make my mind up lol u can wear a uniform and still be ugly! |

My best friend is a Royal Marine. He is the most amazing and courageous man I have ever met...and actually quite shy socially. He isn't at all arrogant. He is just very very good at his job and thank god for him and all the military! Where would we be without them??? |

Yeah I don't know about that...P coy bloody hurts...
Although ironically it's not THAT hard because each part you've already done in your basic, and on the actual week you don't do a lot else other than the tests.
Not that I'm anywhere fit enough to do it again by a looooong way! |
