Hi all...
Been wanting to visit for ages now...how easy is it to get to and from cap d'agde from belziers airport? If I go this year it will probably be only a long weekend tops...any info would be great...cheers Adam  |

A taxi will cost you between 50=60 euros but If you phone Johnny wokkers bar they have a guy that does transfers for 30 I flew to Montpellier and got the train to fade for 10 euros hope this helps lee  |

Agde (the town) is about two miles from Cap d'Agde (the naturist village).
An easy walk but it can get hot during the day.
Try talking to folks in the departure lounge or on the plane. You may find others planning a taxi to the Cap. A taxi shared is a taxi ....... you know the rest + you might make some new friends.
The town is actually quite pleasant and well worth a visit if you can drag yourself away from the fleshpots.

We also flew to Montpellier then got a train to Agde, it's pretty cheap. When you get to Agde you can either get a taxi to Cap d'Agde where the naturist resort is or the bus from the train station to Village Naturiste for 1 euro (unless the fares have gone up!)
Just to note taxis in France put their fares up after 7pm rather than midnight like here and they charge extra per bag in the boot. |
