Why oh why can't people be upfront and honest. Tonight was the second time I was on the way to meeting a woman and she text's me telling me not to come as her boyfriend has just turned up. Although during our chats leading up to meeting she and another potential meet in the past portrayed themselves as a single women. Anyone else had any near misses? |

There are people who 'play as single' on here, who have Significant Others. One would hope that a) they're not cheating on the SO, and that b) a Fab-commitment already made would take precedence over a SO 'turning up'.
However, my recommendation would always be..... don't travel too far for a meet, and always ensure you confirm the meet by phone before setting off.
If you do this and someone's 'boyfriend' turns up, say in the half-hour between you leaving home and arriving at the meet, then report the profile as 'arranged meet and didn'dt turn up'. |
