Seriously this place is no better than the others.
Only diference is people actualy talk to make arrangements here.
Then vanish without the decency to cancle.
I bet we get penalised for naming and shaming
Needless to say varifications mean jack to me now.. some couples  |

Happens to me often, talking about it, arranging a meet then ignoring you, blocking you or deleting their profile, its very frustrating. Now I just give my number out and leave it with them, if they're genuine they'll contact me, seems to cut out endless messages that lead nowhere on here. |

Some people can be very convincing so don't blame yourself. I'm not sure why so many get to the arranging a meet stage then disappear when they're not up for it, perhaps they get a sick kick out of it, who knows but they'll always be time wasters on here unfortunately. |

That's precisely what we do if they fit the bill the ammount of people that don't text is ridiculous
As to people being time wasters I don't think they necessarily are . Just think they ate being careful don't forget it's x big risk as a couple inviting a single man to Your bed . And I would presume its a bigger risk for single women .

I totally agree and people do and can change their minds, everyone has the right to do that but I always meet socially with no pressure for safety reasons. If they can't meet for a drink then that's a poor show if they're genuine. |

If we make arrangements to meet, firstly we make sure we chat to the fem half of the cpl, and we also get their full address.... then we look it up on Google street view and ask some questions about the area, soon s out the numpties!  |

We all have had a time waster
We all get sometimes life crops up or a person changes there mind.
Just say no.
No one should be afraid to say no.
My worst one
Went to a couples who soon as I knocked on the door the lights went out and then blocked great waste of 2 hours travel each way.

Not had any No Shows, was going to have a social this week, but she has left the site, She did message me this morning to tell me she was leaving and why, so I would not say she was a timewaster  |

Anyone having frequent issues with fakes/timewasters/no shows - the only constant is you.
Review your selection criteria, your interactions and your contact strategy , have a sense of realism and no expectancy - and most of all use the one tool not on site - common sense - and you won't go wrong.
Let the horn rule your head and you're a perfect target for being duped.

We too have arranged to meet people who haven't turned up. But we arranged to meet at a local pub so we still had a nice time out.

Ive been lucky enough to be able to arrange meets when im available and all have shown up .
Most were wonderful and even looked like there pics .

i must say everyone i have ever arranged to meet has turned up and i will always turn up. I think if you decide, when you get to the point of arranging a meet, that you dont feel keen about it you must stop at that point. To go on and arrange dates and times and then not turn up is completly wrong.
I accept things do go wrong in life, illness,work problems, family issues etc etc but surely you can phone or txt and cancel the meet,its sooo wrong to just leave someone hanging about. |
