Well obviously people who go to the gym or do pole dancing ot similar have different body definitions to others who dont. Not to say people who dont dont have good bodies im just asking simply do people like females who can pole dance and if they think they gain good shape bodies. |

I went to a club and got chatting with a stunning pixie like lady who was a professional pole dancer. His partner met her through it. He knew what a lucky guy he was.
She danced for us at Tease2.....omg. It was to lady in red. She took my breath away. Sensuous dancing. I can still picture it now and was a few years ago now.
Damn horny.
What was the op again?? My mind keeps on drifting tonight x |

I know the feeling lol. I went on a pole years ago and a lovely lady showed me how to do it. She looked fab. She told me to jump up it....my body wasn't built for jumping lol.
Would live to do lessons though and try it x |

I'd imagine that it helps to be able maintain a good, firm grip, ironically this means most single males would have something of a head start if they ever decided to take up pole dancing. |

Hmmm ... yes the mind is more than willing but the body maybe not quite so ... I'll settle for a few bedroom gymnastics at my time of life I think ... as long as I can still jump off the wardrobe and manage the odd swing from the chandelier then I'm a happy bunny !!! |

Well I suppose it is all down to opinion. In my opinion, I am in good shape though I most certainly do not have a gym body and never have had. |

would say someone that does a lot of it would have an athletic body due to the strength and muscle that is required for hoiking oneself up and down a piece of metal all evening, but better?
that would depend on ones opinions of a good and bad body.
personally, i wouldnt care either way.
my ex wife did it.
still had an ass the same shape and size as her nan |
