What do people perfer? Women with long acrylic (false) nails or long real grown nails.
Just curious as mine are real & been told in work that no women grow their nails these days. xx |

Have had acrylics a couple of times but got rid within a week both times, really hate the feel of them on my nails. I have strong natural nails that rarely break so I guess im fairly lucky. X |

Amethyst that makes 2 of us then. Mine are about 3/4 inch long from nail bed to the tip & quite strong. They rarely break, But at twork I am the only one with real nails.
I have to be careful as I know real nails are sharper than acrylic & would hate to leave rake marks down a guys back. But gentle scratchign is always good. xx |

I had my first tips with gel overlay applied on Thursday, I hate them! Thought I would treat myself for Christmas. My natural nails are soo soft, they are like I have had them soaking in water for hours, and break so easily.
But these tips are so blunt and useless. When they come off in the New Year that is it. Natural all the way.
Just need tips on now to strengthen them, anyone, please?  |

Try a shellac or gel polish on your own nails.. Mine were so soft after about 10 years of acrylics..
Had gel polish on them since the end of October and they are much stronger and (touch wood) haven't broken or split at all  |

File them with emery board not a metal one, you can also buy a coating called diamond nails, it strengthens the nail & my old nan bless her swore by eating jelly. Worked for me. Keep them painted even if with clear varnish. Xx |

A little bit harder to level the red trail marks but not scratched to pieces. And you need to try nails gently up the cock. Xx |
