At a party last night we were talking about why cum makes a woman's eyes really red and puffy. One of the women said its because the surface of the eye is similar to that of an unfertilised egg and that the sperm are trying to bury into it , and the red reaction is the body's defence mechanism kicking in . I thought that was a load of bollocks , but wondered if anyone knew the truth ! |

I think it's because seminal fluid is alkaline, like bleach, to counteract the acidic environment of the vagina. I don't think it's strong enough to do any al damage, but obviously not being used to mild bleach being pored into your eye causes it to react and try to flush it out. This is what causes the redness I believe. |

Russell Brand said it was sperm attacking the eyeball, a long long time ago....One thing I do know for certain, is.....it fecking stings!....I'd like to say "you only let it happen, the once!"...but I'd be lying  |

Dont want to add a complete dampner to this thread, but we see so many people insist on condoms for penetrative sex(we do)and then take load of ejaculation in the face and eye and this is where Chlamydia is most easily contracted !!!!!

Ejaculate is only mildly alkaline; pH 7.0 - 8.0, (household bleach is ~ 12.6, 7.0 is neutral), it's more likely that the reaction is due to the presence of proteolytic enzymes, fibrinolysin and other enzymes from the seminal vesicles and prostate.

There is also a small risk of HIV transmission; 0.09%.

When you think about it anything that goes in your eye makes it red so I'm not surprised if cum stings but what kind of level are we talking about? are we talking putting after shave on then putting your contact's in? Or chilly in the eyeball ? |

guys i don't want to frighten everyone but that saying could be true , we attended a club a few years ago and we played fully protected condoms all round, anyway to cut a long story short, a few day later my eye was very sore so much so i was in agony and couldn't see out of it, went to the eye hospital and they said i had Chlamydia in my eye, this more than likely contracted from my using my fingers when playing and then inadvertently wiped my eye and hey presto i had Chlamydia, you will be interested to know that both the wife and eye went straight to the STD clinic and was tested , we didn't have Chlamydia anywhere else apart from my eye. So this is why we find it so ironic when women take bucket loads of Spunk in the face and in the eyes unaware this can happen and then insist on condoms for penetrative sex.........be warned people.....sorry the post was so long |

I did that recently with someone I've met before.
I came all over her face and loads went into her eyes (by total mistake) she went into the bathroom and both eyes were RED bloodshot.
I goes "What's up?"
She goes:
"You, you prick, it's your fucking sperm in my eyes!"
I didn't mean it sort of went Splatt!!!
