Before I start I need to say this is not a single guy rant nor am I moaning about being ignored.
I am firmly believe that swingers deserve respect and that people should accept rejection with dignity and respect peoples preference.
However I spotted a fab profile, she was very sexy and I was definately planning on messaging her, however on her profile it read a sentence to the effect of "If you are a fatso then woddle off somewhere else I ain't interested in you!"
I am not overweight nor do I disrespect peoples choices and don't believe people should sleep with anyone they are not attracted to, however is that level of rudeness necessary? Should people deserve to be put down so harshly based on how they look? Surely a more polite way of putting it could be done and if this lady was receiving messages from people she did not care for physically then they could be blocked or declined respectfully.
I did not message this lady, I'm no irresistible stud and I'm sure I wouldn't be her type anyway however I am put off by such hateful shallowness and disrespect shown to others.
I do believe all fabbers are entitled to choose who they wish and are free to decline or block whoever they want to however there's no need to hurt peoples feelings.
P.S if fabbers are repeatedly harassed by people who have been declined then that's a different matter.
I rule!!! |

She has every right to state her preferences as she chooses. As your response shows the wording is an effective filter as it will deter those who may not get on with her as well as those that she doesn't find attractive. And you can moan on the forum to belittle her and attempt to show everyone what a nice guy you are. Everyone's a winner!
Seriously, what does it matter. Just move on. Some might consider starting a thread slating someone's profile pretty rude. |

You have left identifiable info in your thread so methinks you may get a spell on the naughty step.
Like Wheels stated, you used her rudeness as a filter so it actually works for you. |

"If a bloke had written on his profile that comment he would of Been slated big time, think it's very rude and no need for it. "
Gender is immaterial, of course it's extremely rude but it shows the member in her true light and that's a good thing!
I often read profiles and think "what an obnoxious twat" and move on |

A typical double standard is at play. She can disrespect less than svelte like men but heaven fofend if you do likewise.
By the same token, some women can be utterly obnoxious about cock size but bridle if you query them about their holding capacity. |

It wasn't my intention to belittle her nor to get myself over as a really nice guy. I just thought it was quite rude and wondered what everybody thought about it. If the point was to act as a filter then it definately worked in my case however being told no thank you would have worked in my case had I messaged her. Not to say it would work on everybody mind you |

There are polite ways to say things and wording is everything. Some people are just naturally rude and obnoxious. Usually extremely shallow people. Nothing you can do about it. Block them and move on! |

I think it's great people put that in their profiles as firstly it shows them in their true light and secondly gives you a great reason to swerve such a person |
