Blimey, if I told Blue about every mail conversation I had that in the end led no where other than a bit of fun online I'd never get anything done, on or off the site. I tell him only if I'm going to actually meet with someone. We have totally separate accounts btw.
Surely cheating would only be if the woman from the couple met in person with a guy she'd been messaging on here but didn't tell hubby? |

Ive deleted lots of conversations before now,I leave them there for a while so my OH can read them if he wants,then I have a massive clearout,its just messages thats all,he knows I chat to people and he knows ill make him aware of anyone I have an interest in

If she is messaging with a view to meeting in secret then yes it could be the lead up to her cheating.
Its pretty dumb though... what if a guy messages back and her hubby reads it first. |

I (F) quite often have converstaions on here with men but I make it clear we're a couple and I always leave them for Mr N to read. But I woudln't say that deleting them is evidence of cheating because he might have read them beforehand  |

I think that if you don't have complete trust with your partner this isn't the lifestyle you should be in.. Me and my wife are new to this so we usually don't delete anything unless we do it together just so there's no question... But I've told her to mail and talk to whoever she wants on here whenever she wants.. As long as no one makes plans behind each other's backs then it should be ok.. I mail women and couples on here without her permission but I do leave the conversation in the I box so she can read whatever she wants |

A common misconception. Many think sites such as this will be used by more liberal minded individuals.
The other observation I would make is that the herd mentality often kicks in. In essence one person launches an attack and others can't help but join in. |

I am the mrs here. Mr doesn't like replying to all the messages so he just has me take care of it all. I read, reply, delete, arrange things. He doesn't mind. It saves him doing it and I tell him anything he would want to know. It would only be cheating if I were keeping secrets and being deceptive.

Obviously cheating! Anything where you are deceiving someone or doing it behind their back is dishonest. No matter how you dress it up or what excuse you have. You are still cheating if they dont know. |

I don't cast a judgement. Each to their own and everyone has to take responsibility for the potential consequences of their actions. Their lives. Not mine!
However...you cant say that if you lie to your partner and have sex with others without their knowledge..that it isnt cheating. Of course it is! |
