Not all guys cum from a blow job. Most love the feeling and sensations from it but for some there isnt enough stimulation and they need to either be wanked or have penatrative sex in order to fullfil their needs. Had a friend tell me the same thing recently and I was shocked. Apparently after reading this thread its much more common. Some say that the technique was fine and they still can't which is surprising. My first impression was maybe they had women that didn't do it well and there are plenty that do not or have the stamina to continue to completion.
