I don't mean this to sound at all insulting but perhaps you've masturbated too much. I know that sounds weird but I've heard of people getting too used to how they do it and so find it difficult with any other stimuli. I had a kind of problem with it myself. Could only cum with certain toys and oral. Fingers wouldn't do it, even my own! I still struggle now sometimes. Best way is to lay off the self play until you know you need to have an orgasm soon that way just about anything will set you off.
