I haven't experienced it, but from what I've seen on videos I'm slightly dubious about the whole thing. Well I'd have to say that having been with a lady several times, who gushes, I'm not a huge fan! We were using her bed so it wasn't a problem!  
But the simple fact is that you have to be prepared, and imho, that takes away the spontaneity, and the 'do it when you feel like it' idea. If you have some control over it then maybe, but the lady concerned seemed not to!
