She's beautiful but heavily photoshopped. As long as real women don't compare themselves with that image it's all good - it's just a nice pretty picture of a fantasy figure. We might as well compare ourselves with Jessica Rabbit. If you look at informal holiday shots of Kate Moss that appeared in the press in the summer she looks pretty normal, with normal flabby bits and a bit of a belly. But she scrubs up well.

Flabby bits? She's tiny regardless! Anyone can have s "flabby" stomach when someone is taking hundreds of pictures of you to find your worst angle!
