One of my earliest swinging experiences involved having sex (with my own partner) in a swingers club, in an open room. We didn't invite anyone to join us for full sex, but a really lovely guy helped us to overcome our nerves.
He was lovely and sensitive and yes, it just so happened that he was deaf.
I don't go to that club any more, but I'm sure that there are a lot of clubs/people who will welcome peeps who don't have 100% hearing.
