Sorry guys..continued bleed

Probs one for the ladies only..but need a bit if advice..i started hrt five mths ago for early meno pause and this month my period has gone on for too long..im now on day 12 and feel rubbish, doc says (over phone) just to go in for appt if still same next week?

I went through early menopause, I didn't take hrt just sweated out as such, a twelve day period for me was common, the doctor can give you tablets to dry you up hun

would suggest just wait for the app then.

if they were concerned they would have called you in.

they tend not tomes about with things like that.

that said, however,if it becomes a problem, i have no bother with following you around with a mop lol

i went on hrt once and it made me bleed for 5 days so i rang gp and said i only need advice so a doc rang me . come off it

he said you shouldnt bleed for that long

then he made me an appt to see the doc who has prescribed it as this doc was more specialised in this . but i not take it again has had too much trouble with the pill and bleeding . so ask for another sort x

I had a similar problem although not on hrt, was prescribed oestrogen or progesterone tablets, cant remember which, but they stopped me bleeding

probably just your body getting used to hrt but do go and see doctor

I went through early menopause and like the other poster, I refused HRT and just got on with it!

Would suggest you just wait for the DR app!!

I used to bleed like mad when I was younger so every sympathy to you as it really wears you down I was glad to go through the menopause
