At the gym I go to there is a main changing area and then two cubicles you can use if you prefer.

It's not a free country though as you have paid to be a member there. As a result coming under both public and private legislation. The second difference being - he is talking about the showers, where you are naked, you're not in a position of being able to report them until you have finished. If you were on the gym floor you could move equipment or approach a member of staff. But when all your clothes are in one fixed place and no attendants patroling them, this is an impossibility.
What you are essentially is. I am a window cleaner. I have a set of ladders that I can freely use, I can prop them up against any house window and I'm not causing offence.

I take my little boy into the changing cubicle then he comes home to shower with me. You are missing my point tho, I'm not saying people should do it, or that it's right, in fact I think it's pretty pervy myself. I had a guy who would follow me around the gym and attempt to look at me as I got undressed a few months, whilst I accept that people are going to look and sometimes admire there is a line that goes from harmless to downright creepy.
He would follow me in the changing rooms then stand next to me at the cubical and try to look at my knob ffs, even the fact that I moved lockers countless times when he was staring at me wasn't a big enough hint for him.
I eventually had to confront him then report him to the staff there. I think its wrong I hate it as u feel uncomfortable changing and showering and shouldn have too. Why don't u just go to a gay club or party instead.
