There's loads of swingers clubs and also places that are more like nightclubs in style but are really cool and have plenty of rooms to play in. Our favourites are Insomnia (which i think has a good english website) and KitKat, though some of the nights in KitKat tend to edge towards the more fetish end...

The only club we have visited in the Berlin area is Tempel Oase at Teltow just outside the city.
Excellent club and even a few other English speakers (mostly American) when we were there.
