any that would turn into a meet I do struggle to find the time for evening meets due to sitters for the kids I work a weird shift pattern which means majority of my meets I am only available during the day whilst kids at school do I have to go on |

Sorry to hear about that. Maybe you could find someone who's in the same situation as you. There's a few on here who can only do daytime meets also. Good luck Xx |

Look for people that can meet during rhe day?
Though you may also need to accept that the practicalities of life can very much prohibit some people's success on here. |

I'm not RP but my two young children live with me much of the time and they always come first. I got into trouble on my profile for saying I have children. (odd that as many, many others do. I did have it as my opening line though).
I too work odd hours. And will pee you off when I tell I've found a FB who accommodates overnite when I work until 10 and thus haven't got my children with me.
I'm looking for a woman I can build trust with who's into at mine when the kids are in bed. Only done once.
Daytime meets are out there. Just missed one coz of distance ): (over 70)

Look for people that want to meet during the day. There will be others who have the same problems as you.
Or try and organise a evening off in advance. We often have to do this to fit round work and arranging a sitter.
