Just curious as to the boys and girls in blue and what usually happens when the darkness at a dogging meet is filled with the flashing of blue beacons.
is it usually a caution and be on yuor way type of break up? |

Anything from 'don't let us see you here again' to a full PNC check and/or an end to end vehicle check. |

if you get caught they might send a letter to the address they find from your vehicle reg.
I'd be wary. It's one thing being seen in a dogging area but quite another to be caught in the act. |

In Great Britain, dogging comes under laws related to voyeurism, exhibitionism or public displays of sexual behaviour; the laws on dogging are ambiguous. Prosecution is possible for a number of offences such as section 5 of the Public Order Act 1986, exposure under section 66 of the Sexual Offences Act 2003 or for the common law offence of outraging public decency. ACPO (Association of Chief Police Officers) policy is that arrests are a last resort and a more gradual approach should be taken in such circumstances.[10] |

In my experience, unless you are caught in flagrante the police can't do anything. Just being in a dogging location does not break the law. The police do try to put you off, though. They have taken the details of everyone in a car park I was in due to a suspected rape, which no one knew anything about, which was odd as some of the chaps almost lived there. They have taken details due to diesel theft in the area. Break ins in the area, etc, |

My only disagreement with the first sentence is I'd have said "In my experience, unless you are caught in flagrante the police WON'T do MUCH." |
