The onus is mostly on individuals to present themselves as someone others would want to get to know.
Groups of people who have met each other and chat often are obviously going to be closer to one another than those that don't. That's basic human behaviour.
Just get stuck in and chat. Or don't. And whine about the cliques. Your choice really. |

I knew no one on here but made the effort to interact in chat and now I know loads of people. It's only cliquey if you sit on the sidelines expecting everyone to jump at the chance of talking to you.

Usually people complain the forum is cliquey, but the whole site? How would you know? Message every member?
The only clique I am in is me. I meet a few men regularly because they fulfil what I after on here. If others do not wish to meet me for whatever reason then I don't lose sleep about it. And I don't accuse them of things I have no way of knowing. |

I think as with any site people are sceptical of the newly joined considering so many are fake. Once they are verified and eventually have chatted to a few people then people become accepted a lot more. I guess it's more if a chat room and forum thing.
Personally I've been in here over 2 years and met a lot if great people that I still chat to. I guess you put the hours in and reap the rewards but that's the same with any "friendship" |

Anyone who notices in jokes or the occasional thread which starts "some of you will know" might feel that way too. Cliques aren't bad or wrong, they are a natural part of human behaviour and they do exist here as they do in any large group of people who interact regularly. |

Maybe I was too quick, but I was talking about chat rooms, I've been to a few clubs with a lady friend meet lots of great people, and had afew meets onmy own maybe I should of just specified in the chatrooms, soon as you disagree with someone who's a regular in there, nothing nasty just typical discussion too many people like to jump in and kiss their arse I'd you know what I mean |
