Inspired by a recent boobs thread, supposing it was possible for a male to have his penis thickened/lengthened whilst still being able to maintain its natural functions, and the procedure had a similar level of affordability, reliability, study and safety as a womans boob job, how many guys would consider having it done, honestly? |

More men would definitely have it done that's for sure.
Current penis enlargement surgeries make so little difference in reality I don't think many bother...
With surgery, the average length gained is only about 1.5cm and then it's only when flaccid, whilst erect men find it appears the same length as before and sometimes even find their erection no longer points upwards but downwards towards the floor.
I'm sure if they could just stretch the skin and implant a silicone knob on top of their own dick as is done similarly with breast augmentation then they'd be much happier, even if the costs were excrutiating! |
