why carnt I remove all traces of eye liner??

Whys the best way to remove all traces of eye makeup ladies I always struggle and look like I have dark eyes after wiping with wet wipes ??

I use Tesco sensitive face wash. It gets rid of pretty much everything without taking 94 layers of skin with it.

I use a Boots own brand of cleanser and toner with a cotton pad.

Use an oil based eye makeup remover

Put it on a cotton pad and let it soak onto the makeup so it literally dissolves.

Then wipe away and repeat if necessary

Have eyeliner tattoo'ed. Simples.
