I'm noticing this kind of exceptionally aggressive approach more and more frequently on here from guys, not just on here but on pretty much any other site where women are mentioned, expressions to the effect of
'I'd smash that/destroy her'
'Smash your back doors in'
Does anyone else read this kind of language, as being that of anything other than frankly, someone who has absolutely no idea how to approach women? Sure, I read a few posts here and there from women who enjoy being submissive and want to be 'used' to an extent, but surely guys must realise that such sexual preferences are highly individual and approaching all women the same way is most likely to cause offence rather than wow them with how macho and virile you are? |

It is slang really. Not sure of the origins, but it spread into wider vocabulary. And not just in the UK.
Many of my American friends (male and female) use the term "smash" interchageably with "fuck", "bang" or "shag". As far as i know, they don't approach every sexual encounter with that attitude, despite the use of the word. |

Slang or not, don't you think terms like 'bang/smash' are aggressive terms, and wonder why they're used in the first place?
Expressions like
'Show her a good time/treat her right'
are predominantly American also, yet sound so much more appealing. |

Smash maybe. Bang i think is acceptable.
I personally find the term "shag" to be dumb.
At the end of the day, its all about context and location. If you were chatting with peeps in east london and said "making love" you'd get weird looks. Whereas "smash" is the term that won't make anyone bat an eyelid.
With all that said, i partly understand where you are coming from in your OP. |

I know what you mean...I may be sub but no one is going to 'smash' any part of me without a swift knee to the nuts! Plus my sub side doesn't come out till I feel comfortable with the guy I'm with so anyone assuming they can just come round and go 'at it' from the off are sadly mistaken.
Think a lot who use words like that though tend to be able to talk the talk, but go into hiding when it comes to and actual action! Same as the guys who can breathe through their ears but never seem to let their head go below the boobs |

"Sexybrain... So right...the second I hear stuff like that, I want to run a mile. My sweet pussy is wonderfully sensitive... I'd much rather it be appreciated and enjoyed extensively rather than destroyed?!
'fuck' is ok, but how about a guy just says...'want to have some fun together?'"
I'm not the sort of guy who wants to put a woman on a royal couch, overlooking a sunset vista whilst feeding her grapes and fanning her with a palm leaf, but neither would I ever favour the caveman approach of clubbing her and having my way with her unconscious body either.
When I find a woman attractive, a big part of my desire to please her sexually isn't just for her benefit, but for my own satisfaction of knowing that the women and things I desire, are equally excited by and appreciative of me - harmonious lovin'! |

"I can't see the attraction of such terms. Both smack of the kind of violence right-thinking people abhor."
Define Right thinking, I tell Nette i'm going to bang her back doors in all the time..Its derived from a Cockney saying..Bangs like a barn door in a Hurricane, |

As for as I'm aware 'Peon' was the name given to workers/peasant in Ancient Rome, whilst 'Serf' was the term used in medieval Britain. |

Spanish word/Definition of Peon is Involuntary Servitude = Forced Labour, same thing whichever Country it originated from. |

Possibly, lots of words in English, Spanish and French are derived from Latin, such as
Vigil, Vigilance, Vigilante etc coming from 'Vigilium', meaning watchfulness, and my favourite 'intervigilium' meaning sleep! |

The first time some young man said he wanted to 'ruin' me I said 'I BEG your pardon??!!' with some indignation, at which point he went all mealy-mouthed in an instant!! In my opinion it's more about peer pressure/bravado than any real indication of aggressive intent. If I had the slightest inkling of an aggressive attitude behind it, I would instantly walk the other way.
I did once talk in depth to a dom guy who primarily wanted some real emotional intensity, but could not give his word that if I said stop to anything physical, he would stop immediately. 'But you want it' he said.
'Bye Bye Sooty'. |

You're probably right, but I still think the attitude further reduces the opinion of single males in general in the eyes of many. |

Exactly. If I hear the phrase I just think of Keith and it makes me laugh. Surely no one uses it seriously? |

I overheard some the son and his mates of a couple i know very well, using some lads talk.
"i'd tap the shit of that, all day then turn her over and carry on. "
Then about 3 seconds later, as i'm just getting to my car "bet that peach is better to eat than my ex"
Why do it as i'm walking past, got only knows what terms are used on fb and twitter as English doesn't seem to be their first language lol

I'm part of a *cough* certain kink community website where comments such "smash that" and "ruin you" are a regular occurrence. Personally, I don't like them at all. I do see that it is slang, but even so it suggests something cruel and not in the the fun cruel way.
I notice too that it's largely said by dominant males to the submissive female, and very rarely are the genders switched. Not that I wish to ruin a male either. |

Keith Lemon has alot to answer for! I find he is crass, rude and irritating. Therefore anyone using his phrase is going to have the same effect. Having some fun seems appropriate when you don't know the person but I love the word 'fuck' and like to use that once I know someone |

Its alright if you are Keith Lemon, that's one of his sayings, im sure he isn't like that really. but if someone said it to me in a message, would be block, delete definitely. just not necessary, unless as you said, women like it, then their choice, I don't judge anyone |
