Ok a different question but involving implants, if you see someone you know that have had a "boob job", do you compliment her or do you just keep it quite even though it's very obvious. |

I don't claim to know much about boob jobs, but a girl I once knew who had a gorgeous pair said she had her implants put in deeper than usual, giving her the extra volume whilst retaining the gentle softness on top. Also, a woman I met a couple of years ago looked great after her op, and she attributed this to the fact that her boobs had always been big prior to having children, thus there was a lot more tissue to work with. |

I know a girl who has had implants. It is not a regular subject of conversation but she certainly doesn't mind positive comments. In her words "They cost me enough so it's nice it was worth it!"

Yup I agree.
Also makes a difference as to the surgical technique that was used so that there are little if any scars or they are hidden out of sight (as is my case). |
