Wondering if you decide just by looking at face pics that you'd fuck someone?
I know when me n himself look at pics he knows usually just by the pic that he'd shag em. I don't & can't say till I've met someone whether I want to play
Would like opinions from both sexes please

For me it's the first step. By looking at a pic I can say a definite no or a potential yes. I may find an Adonis but if his attitude sucks then I don't  . |

The picture is what attracts me to the person in the first place so yes I know from someone's picture if I would want to arrange a meet then we chat to see if we click  |

I know from a face pic if I definitely don't want to meet them. Main thing is chat, banter etc.
Why is it shallow to want to fancy someone? I never understand that. |

This just highlights the difference between men and women. Men look at pictures and will say yes or no immediately. Where as I think women need to be more engaged mentally with a person for them to be attracted.
If a few more of the single guys on here realised that I think they would have more success. |

Not really, I've seen many a profile where I liked the look of the lady in questions pics, then was rapidly turned off by the profile itself.
Pretty much the same thing with that redheaded Amy whats-her-name girl all over the media, gorgeous to look at, her attractiveness shatters the moment she opens her mouth. |

It very rarely happens for me. I like to click with them in person before deciding - a great photo is just the initial attraction.
There are 2 regular forumites who I've made an exception for though - and I can't wait to meet them  |

Speak for yourself as I'm not here to sleep with everyone (and wouldn't want to) we all have standards and not looking to just sleep with anyone just to for the sake of it.

I can look at a picture and think yes id fuck them,but at some point there is going to have to be some communication to arrange this so if it turns out the personality of my perceived adonis is that of a stunned slug then id pass on the fuck
My OH feels the same,hes changed his mind about women after chatting to them for a while |

I'm a very visual person so always look at photos, but I also prefer personality and character and to get a feel of that (ha ha) I'd want to chat, see what they post and get a general idea of what they are like. |

No..... I've actually been attracted to pics (yes I am that shallow).... Then after reading their profiles (yes I read profiles too) have decided not to make contact if they seem an angry person.
Yes we know there are many arseholes on here that ruin it for everyone but first impressions count, and ranting profiles put me right off.
Surely it's just waving a red flag to the idiots to try even harder to piss people off.

Its different for guys though, sure, you've lots of ladies saying 'if I like the look of a guy I'll message them', but in my experience that alone isn't enough.
A woman on here can post a great pic and immediately become a site darling, but a single male has to post good pics AND put in a good performance with his profile, messages, verifications and forum posts - I've lost track of the number of times I've had a woman mail me with words to the effect of
'I've admired your pics for a while but it was something you said in a discussion that made me want to come say hello'.
Some might say this is an example of how women have a greater depth to what they find attractive than males do, but could also be argued that the with the sheer, overwhelming number of single males on here, guys will always have to make the extra to come over as attractive and stand out from the crowd. |

Pic first for us and if we like the look of them and they have a nice profile then we arrange a social drink to see if we all click . We have met some right wallies who can't hold a decent adult conversation with us so no chance of them sharing our bed !  |
