It drives me mad when you look at a couples profile and all there is, is the woman, do they have invisible partners, or is there a reason they do not put the male on. Personally i think if you advertise yourself as a couple there should be pics of both of you. |

I believe some couples simply don't think about it, at first we had only pics of Ms Rooney on our profile, then after threads like this we realised I was missing, mainly because it tends to be me taking the pics, Ms Rooney is a show off when the camera comes out, lol.
It would be good if those that simply haven't thought about it realised the case and added more pics, and for those that choose this way, if it works for them, that's all well and good too. |

There was an identical thread started a couple of days ago but since I am as guilty as anyone for starting a thread about something before checking it it already being discussed. |

The thing we find annoying about pics of one and not the other happens with winks - we welcome winks but how are we supposed to decide if we are interested in them enough to wink back when there is only a picture of the female to go by, so we don't wink back and we may possibly be missing out on some great couples but we are certainly not going to waste thier time or mislead them by winking to show an interest  |

oh i am very relaxed thanx, i asked a simple question which required a simple answer, as this is my first question on here (its normally my husband who does this) i didnt know that this had been posted a few days ago, and i really think that people shouldnt reply to the question if they havent got a valid opinion about it. |

Agreed in part, we don't insist on face pictures during initial contact but we do like to see a body shape picture, heads can be removed (ask Anne Boleyn) or obscured |

Why does it bother you so much? Do what others do and move on if a profile isn't to your liking. That's what we do. It doesn't bother us if people do things differently hun, we're well verified and happy as we are |

Agreed in part, we don't insist on face pictures during initial contact but we do like to see a body shape picture, heads can be removed (ask Anne Boleyn) or obscured"

yes we totally agree there should be face pics on profiles you know were you stand straight away not sending e-mails to and throw then getting a face pic on 3rd e-mail then telling somebody no thanks your not our type you cant put a bag on your head and say hubbys shy but he,s a gud laff if somebody dosent like our pics fair enough dont mail us,

Unfortunately not everyone can put face pics on in public, because of their jobs for example.
I have a face pic in my private collection, which I will give at the earliest opportunity once I'm happy with who I'm talking to.
Even after 3 or 4 mails and the other person says no thx, I rise to it and accept it but hope we can still be friends. |

Yes, this has been discussed before, but if, as a result of regular repeats, more couples put more pics of the men on, it will have helped the underlying issue.
It's guite reasonable and normal not to show FACE pics on a public profile, but it definitely helps if you can see torso/body shots of both players early on (clothed or not) so you can decide whether to approach them or respond to winks etc. We both prefer people with similar builds to us, just our tastes, so we show our types in our public profile to assist anyone looking at us. It would be great if it was more common for the men on other profiles. |

Not only that but some people don't have the luxury of being able to publically post their face on a swingers website, for example I met a couple from this site who are both serving police officers...posting their face pics would have comprimised their job or promotion prospects at least.

As a couple thats is'nt looking for other couples I don't see the need for pics of my other half on the profile
Hes not bi,we're not looking for bi men so what he looks like is irrelevant to what we're looking for at the moment
I do always send face pic of us together if we are chatting to people we may meet though

Personally i do agree with you BUT its understandable that some people don't like to have them on public show which is fine as long as they send some privately.

yes of course,there may well be a few little sad people on here who will do that and are doing it now.but in general people are genuine on here
we all have to take people on face value,and sort out the non genuine and also time waster as they arise |

I have regularly been contacted by couples and whilst I understand why some may not want to put face pics on profile for all to see. There is still the option to have pics in private to attach to a message or for friends to view. I've found that even when I've been sent a friend's invite there are still only pics of the female for perusal. This has been the norm for majority of the couples who have contacted me. |

We find that happens a lot, if couples cant even be bothered to put pics of him in private how on earth do they expect to meet anyone. As its the woman who usually has the last say on whether to meet or not surely we need to see what he looks like!!!! |
