HELP on dogging sites

Hi all fellow swingers

I was invited to a dogging site last night drove there pulled in (lights out) and there was 7/8 cars in there. I then sat there for almost an hour and 30 mins with no action ???

my question is are there any set rules tips or things i need to know when attending theses sites
