Does anyone else at work know about it? That could make things complex. In any event bear in mind that your boss might well be more worried than you.
However, in times of difficulty it's always best for you to have powerful allies, good relations with his boss or the HR manager could be handy too.
If you like a gamble then give his boss a BJ too, could put you in a very powerful position indeed, or not! |
