well its half four and i was sposed to be getting a play meet this eve.but,i havent heard from him all day.i have text twice,no reply.
do i still get myself all dolled up(in the hope he will deliver all those amazing sexy promises) or do i resign myself to another boring eve?
he seemed as keen as me.course, summit could of cropped up

yes firm plans,tho i was messageing this morn to dbl check.was waiting for him to let me know wot time he was picking me up. |

Ok if it was me id send one more text saying that if you hav'nt heard from him by a certain time you'll assume that hes lost interest and that the meet is off |

If I don't hear from my meet/date by mid afternoon of the day of the meet I tend to take they aren't coming.
I always text just to confirm it is still on and frankly it takes 30 seconds to text back. |

thanks to all.
think i will give him till 6/6.30 pm.then if not heard will go sit and sulk in the corner.he made sum pretty gud promises tho.really wanted to try them out.  |

well its a no show.3rd text was sent by me and still no reply.
but on the bright side.it generated a lot of messages.and i am now happily chatting to a few guys.
will have to get hubby to do the honours i guess.lol

I wouldn't have bothered. I had a cancellation - said something had come up just 25 mins beforehand. I was already dressed. He is now blocked - so that's one less to mess me about.
It happens - so, hopefully you got a meet but don't worry if you didn't. There's plenty on here for another time. |

WTF is it with some guys ! They get the chance to meet with some wonderful ladies , THEN FUCK IT UP !!!! they should think themselves lucky they ever get a message reply and the chance of a meet ! I struggle to get that ( green eyed monster out rant over lol ) maybe it didn't fit in with there wives or girlfriends plans lol |

It's not just blokes, I've had women pull out or not turn up, after lots of chats and phone calls, and been out of pocket with wasted hotel rooms

Off this thread I got a very last minute meet lol and she asked me to msg the guy that stood her up saying. "Your loss is my gain" which I happily did. So thanks for posting this thread. I had a top night out of it |

That is a good excuse but it still only takes to seconds to send a text saying 'really sorry, have to cancel... family emergency.'
Not swinging but I have had family bereavements and still managed to send a little text to cancel plans.

I agree, it does not take much to send a quick text to cancel if a Family/Friend Emergency crops ups. I would be inclined to think he's either very married or very much a time waster!! |
