To me it would depend if the pictures were by an old master and valuable. I'd be a bit put out if someone took my Van Gogh collection, but I do have a one I've been given by my step sister that I wouldn't be too upset about someone taking. |

Generally I'd either have a no pictures policy, or only arrange them in one room, or at a specific time. It could deter members attending, if they felt their privacy were to be breached. And what does it really add to the party?
If pictures are really needed, then you could always arrange a special event, that's photo focused, or attend a club etc, as some do photo shoots. These days most people have cameras, and can take their own. |

only the host takes pictures, as long as everyone is happy, and there is to be no faces, unless wearing some form of masks (maybe those from the dogging documentaries lol)
our parties have the same boundaries as we have, so they are soft play parties, as we dont want to feel uncomfortable in our own home.
no other rules.
just turn up and enjoy yourselves. |

very simple, ask all who are there and if no one minds feel free to take pictures. if one objects, then no pictures taken.
we host parties and feel this is the only way to go. |
