Inspired by the other thread about tattoos. It got me thinking about this a bit. I suppose you can direct it at the ladies mainly, but anyone can give their opinion. My question is:
What is a perv/creep and can you tell the difference between someone checking you out and not having the confidence to look at you in the eye because they are shy. Compared with just plain perving? |
