Umm you cant ummmm suck or have any abrasive activity goin on around the areas of those clots while your gums are settling. The holes will fill in in a couple weeks, if you smoke or chew hard food, or wash ur mouth out too much or drink hot drinks that are boilin, or drink through a straw, could end up with an old dry socket, wee bit painful they are. So go gently, no rinsing until 24 hrs has gone, warm salt water. After soft food.
I wouldnt recommend bjs until its all healed. Four to six weeks. Get an immediate denture in the meantime to protect the sockets.
Someone elses weener in your gob will put you at risk of a dental infection that may be difficult to explain and even more difficult to treat.
